Sharm is a bilingual, focused, results-driven professional with 20 years of experience in meeting and hospitality management. Prior to starting S&L Solutions Event Management, she held a position of Senior Meeting Planner for a leading Pharmaceutical corporation.
A Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), Sharm is an excellent relationship builder with a passion for customer service excellence. An effective communicator who excels in a fast paced changing environment. Proven change agent with excellent planning, team building, problem solving, risk management and financial expertise. A true ‘go getter’, who hits the ground running in any situation with a true sense of urgency, who will take lead in any situation and drive performance to achieve the optimum targets.
She has led teams on programs including national sales meetings, incentives, advisory boards, trade shows, product launches, golf tournaments, fundraisers and national conferences for up 1500 attendees.
Sharm is married, with a son and daughter. They are a family that sings and dances all of the time!
Shelley joined S & L Solutions in 2013 and is thrilled to be part of our dynamic team.
Prior to joining us, Shelley enjoyed an impressive 13 year career at Aimia (formerly Carlson Marketing.) Her innovative approach and great leadership resulted in the successful implementation of countless travel and event programs.
Before joining Aimia, Shelley boasted a successful 16 year career in the hotel industry holding various positions in Catering and Convention Services with some major hotel chains.
These experiences and insights benefit her clients substantially.


Julie is a dedicated, client-first Event Coordinator and Trip Director who brings energy, precision, and heart to every program she touches. With 15+ years in the meetings and events industry and 20+ years of customer service experience, Julie thrives in fast-paced environments — managing multiple programs and client requests simultaneously while consistently delivering exceptional results.
Her expertise spans the full event lifecycle: loyalty and incentive program development, online registration, database management, hotel and flight logistics, creative production, and seamless on-site execution. Julie has coordinated and trip-directed everything from intimate business meetings to large-scale international incentive travel programs across the pharmaceutical, automotive, financial services, and hospitality industries.
Julie knows that flawless logistics are just the foundation — what truly sets a program apart is the experience people walk away with. Whether managing a chartered aircraft manifest, deploying participant communications, or directing on location abroad, she brings the same grounded, solutions-focused presence that clients and teams rely on. Her ability to build strong relationships and earn the respect of peers through clear communication and professionalism has become one of her most valued trademarks.
Away from work, Julie is a passionate home cook and baker, a devoted family person, and an avid traveler who brings that same curiosity and warmth to everything she does.
In the events world, Julie is the steady hand behind the scenes — organized, adaptable, and wholly committed to making every program a success.
Louis is a bilingual, results-driven Program Manager and Professional Services consultant who thrives on turning complex, moving-parts challenges into seamless, high-impact experiences. With 15+ years leading multi-million-dollar programs for major Canadian and international organizations, Louis brings an exceptional blend of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and on-the-ground execution to every project he touches. His expertise spans end-to-end program delivery, consulting, change management, and client experience — always with a sharp attention to budget, quality, and people.
As a seasoned bilingual Trip Director for large-scale corporate events, Louis knows that great execution is about more than logistics — it's about making every attendee and stakeholder feel special. A natural communicator and trusted advisor, he leads with calm confidence whether in a boardroom or behind the scenes at a major event. Away from work, Louis is a passionate hockey coach and the proud father of two competitive athletes who have taken the ice at both Provincial and international levels.
In work and in life, Louis simply gets it done — with heart, dedication and expertise.
